You don’t need to get in shape before starting — that’s literally what our classes are for. You’ll build strength, cardio, and confidence just by showing up. Start where you are. We’ll meet you there.
2. “I don’t want to get kicked in the head.”
Neither do we. Our biggest program is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and there’s zero striking involved. No punches, no kicks — just smart, technical training that anyone can do, safely.
3. “I’m too old for this.”
We train people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. In fact, many of our students say they wish they had started sooner. You’re not too old — you’re ready.
4. “Everyone there will be better than me.”
